Avion Añejo is aged in oak casks for two years. The result is a soft and rich Tequila with notes of vanilla, caramel, coconut and maple.

Nose: Rich amber color along with an aroma of burnt agaves, peaches and persimmon.

Palate: Flavors of toasted wood, vanilla and caramel.

Finish: Smooth finish marked by maple, coconut and and lemon squares.

The Avión story begins in the small town of Jesus Maria, Mexico—a town and culture the Lopez family has cherished for generations. Here, single origin, rare blue agave is grown at the highest elevations taking 7-10 years to reach maturity.
