Thirteenth-generation Distiller Marko Karakasevic has been working with the same growers for decades. Each winter he hand selects the best tree-ripened fruit, meyer lemons in this case, and uses the whole lemon for this line of delicious vodkas that have absolutely zero artificial ingredients. The fruit for this batch was macerated for 68 full days before bottling.

Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka Tasting Notes

Nose: Bold and brisk lemon on the nose.

Palate: Fresh sweet sour lemon with orange notes.

Finish: Slightly sweet finish.

Distillery Information

Each winter, Marko Karakasevic, master distiller at Charbay Distillery, travels to Central California and selects organically grown, tree-ripened blood oranges at their peak maturity. The oranges are delivered to his distillery in St. Helena, California within three days and crushed — skins and all — by Marko (a 13th generation master distiller!) and his team. Distilled in a double copper alembic charentais pot to 192 proof, Clear Vodka is gently, gently filtered and bottled by hand.
