Detailed Description
The Cardenal Mendoza Solera Gran Reserva is aged using the Solera system, which they say produces a brandy with an average age of 15 years. We like to think there might have been a time where someone misheard their manager and aged the brandy next to a stack of Solero ice-creams, but, we fear this is probably unlikely.

Distillery Information
founded in 1781 by Juan Sánchez Latorre. It is still in family hands and it is a matter of great pride that the work achieved by successive generations of the family has maintained the continuity of this slice of Jerez history located in the centre of the city at the heart of the Santiago neighbourhood.
