stolichnaya razberi is a flavored grain-based vodka. Grain vodkas are the most popular and tend to be smooth and fruity. Grain based vodkas generally do not require as much distillation as vegetable based vodkas as grain produces less impurities during the fermentation process.

Stolichnaya Stoli Razberi Vodka Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense nose of raspberry jam, boiled sweets and hot berry fruit infusions.

Palate: The palate has raspberry ripple creaminess, balanced by the sweet spice of rye and wheat grain vodka, and lifted by crisp citrus notes.

Finish: Finished with hints of pepper and wild raspberry cane.

Distillery Information

Built in 1900 by order of the Tsar, Latvijas Balsams in the Baltic city of Riga, Latvia is a magnificent cathedral to vodka. Owned by the S.P.I. Group, owners of Stolichnaya, this is where Russian Stolichnaya vodka has been bottled for over 66 years (since 1948). It is also home to Riga Black Balsam, a traditional Latvian vodka-based herbal liqueur.
